Memory
Tell it once.
A shoulder that flares. No barbell this month. The Thursdays work always takes. cave writes it down and builds every week after around it, without being asked again.
- Shoulder needs care
- No barbell this month
- Thursdays are gone
- Knee, watch the lunges
Control
Nothing moves until you say so.
Every change arrives as a card. One tap to take it, one to decline. cave never edits your week behind you.
Who it's for
Hybrid athletes
with commitments.
Running and lifting in the same block, for a date on the calendar, around a week that will not hold still.
- Training for HYROX, your first or your fifth.
- A runner who started lifting. A lifter who started running.
- CrossFit, rowing, boxing: any mix no single-sport app plans for.
- A goal with a date, and a week that keeps moving.
- Not for you if every week looks the same. If nothing moves, a written plan on paper is cheaper, and it works.
Who built it
The plan was never the hard part.
Former Egyptian national team coastal rower, indoor rowing national champion, and captain of a 25-athlete squad that took national gold. I box, and I'm training around an injury right now.
I wrote that squad's programming and tracked every erg split myself. The programming was never what failed. A work trip failed it. A late shift, a bad week, an injury in week four.
My first run back after a concussion was a half marathon. I need structure as much as anyone I ever coached.
cave started as the erg tracking I built for my crew. I've written every line since.
